Coronavirus news highlights: Maharashtra reports 3,145 new Covid-19 cases; death toll reaches 50,336

India sees 15,190 new cases of Covid-19 and 191 deaths. With 15,975 discharges, the recoveries continued to outnumber the positive cases. Meanwhile, in Karnataka, all degree, polytechnic, and diploma colleges are set to reopen today for offline classes. Students still have the option to choose between online and offline classes, a majority of whom are believed to have opted for the latter.
