Delhi: Acid attack on 17-year-old girl in Dwarka, one held

In yet another shocking incident in the national capital, two bike-borne miscreants threw acid on a 17-year girl on Dec 14. The incident took place in Dwarka. The victim is currently undergoing treatment.

The CCTV footage of the incident shows two unidentified bike-borne men committing the heinous crime. The girl was referred to Delhi’s Safdarjung Hospital.

The younger sister of the victim, who was with her when the attack occurred, raised suspicion over two known persons. One person has been detained and further investigation is going on.
