'Does he attend classes?': Delhi HC junks law student's PIL seeking grant of 'extraordinary interim bail' to Kejriwal
The Delhi High Court on Monday dismissed a public interest litigation filed by a law student seeking 'extraordinary interim bail' for Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. The court imposed a fine of Rs 75,000 on the petitioner. Kejriwal is currently in judicial custody in connection with a money laundering case linked to an alleged excise scam.
