The affidavit said that the Abhiyaan launched by a Sirsi Mutt was optional for students. Based on the submission, Justice S Abdul Nazeer disposed of the petition.<br /><br />Stay extended<br /><br />The High Court has extended the stay on further investigation in disproportionate assets case against Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalitha.<br /><br />DMK General Secretary K Anbazhagan had approached the court challenging the decision of the Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption to conduct probe.
