<p>Bengaluru: An autorickshaw driver was allegedly assaulted by a woman in Bellandur on Saturday.</p>.<p>The incident went viral, following which—and based on a complaint by the victim, Lokesh, 33—the Bellandur police registered a case.</p>.<p>In his complaint, Lokesh claimed that two unknown people on a two-wheeler accused him of brushing against their vehicle and then assaulted him near Centro Mall, Bellandur. The viral video shows the woman beating the driver with her chappal as he continues to record her. Bellandur police confirmed that an FIR was filed and an investigation has been launched.</p>
