Bangalore Development Authority recovers three acres of land worth Rs 125 crore

Bengaluru: As part of its anti-encroachment drive, the Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) on Tuesday reclaimed nearly three acres of land in Ullal and Agrahara Dasarahalli villages with assistance from the local police and its engineering staff.

During the operation, the BDA demolished unauthorised constructions on one acre in Survey No 34 and one acre and one gunta in Survey Nos 38/1, 38/2, 38/4 and 38/5 of Ullal village in Yeshwanthpura Hobli, Bengaluru North taluk. It also cleared 33 guntas in Survey No 8 of Agrahara Dasarahalli village.

The total value of the recovered land is estimated at approximately Rs 125 crore.
