<p>Bengaluru: The <a href="https://www.deccanherald.com/tags/bbmp">BBMP</a> will present its annual budget for the fiscal year 2025-26 on March 27.</p>.<p>This is going to be the fifth budget to be presented by the civic body in the absence of an elected body.</p>.<p>The BBMP plans to consult the legislators of Bengaluru before finalising the budget. </p>.BBMP budget: What are citizens’ concerns?.<p>Sources in the BBMP said the total outlay is expected to be between Rs 18,000 crore and Rs 20,000 crore. This is because the Siddaramaiah-led government, in its budget, promised to provide Rs 7,000 crore even though the state government has allocated only Rs 3,000 crore in its book of accounts. </p>.<p>In addition to property tax, charges from the premium floor area ratio and advertisement policy, the BBMP will see an increase in its revenue from the user fee it plans to levy for solid waste management-related services. </p>.<p>The meeting with the Bengaluru MLAs will be held on March 24. Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar is also expected to be present. </p>
