<p>Bengaluru: A 17-year-old boy died and another teenager was injured in an alleged drunk driving incident early on Wednesday near the BHEL underpass in Sadashivanagar.</p>.<p>Harsha S (17) and Sachin, 16, were travelling on a motorcycle from their residence in Srirampura to a jewellery shop on New BEL Road for work.</p>.<p>Around 6.30 am, as they rode along the service road above the BHEL underpass, a speeding milk tanker, allegedly driven by a drunk driver, rammed into them from behind.</p>.58-year-old man killed in serial crash near Bengaluru airport.<p>The impact threw the motorcycle against the bridge barrier. Sachin sustained injuries to his hand and leg, while Harsha, the pillion rider, suffered severe head, facial, and abdominal injuries. Harsha was rushed to MS Ramaiah Hospital, but died on the way.</p>.<p>The tanker driver, identified as Nagesh H, 37, was taken into custody at the Sadashivanagar traffic police station, and reportedly reeked of alcohol. The police have registered a case in this regard and further action is underway.</p>
