<p>Bengaluru: Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) has received Level 5 accreditation under the Airports Council International Customer Experience programme, the highest tier in the global framework.</p>.<p>The accreditation was granted after an assessment of the airport’s customer experience systems, including passenger services, operational processes, and overall management approach. The framework evaluates airports on service design, customer insights, and stakeholder coordination.</p>.<p>"Achieving Level 5 under ACI’s Customer Experience Accreditation programme reflects the discipline and consistency of this approach. This milestone is driven by the collective effort of our airport community, and it strengthens our focus on delivering consistent, intuitive, and differentiated experiences that meet the expectations of a global traveller," said Hari Marar, MD & CEO, Bangalore International Airport Limited (BIAL), the airport operator.</p>
