CTO-GPO stretch to be closed for two years

In view of the underground construction of Metro, the stretch between CTO junction and the General Post Office will be closed for two years. Police have instructed that vehicles going towards Ambedkar Veedhi and High Court should use King’s Road at Queen’s Junction and go through Cubbon Park, while vehicles going towards Raj Bhavan would be rerouted through Minsk Square (see map).  Meanwhile, normal traffic was restored at South End Circle following the casting of girder by BMRCL.
