<p>Though a remake of his Tamil film Abhiyum Naanum, the movie, he says, will definitely be one to look forward to.<br /><br />“All these years, I’ve been giving much thought on the right language to start direction and the answer is Kannada. Having been part of so many movies in different languages, I am not a fool to do a remake. The subject will still be the same but the way that it is going to be portrayed will be different,” he says.<br />The movie revolves around the letters written by a father to his daughter and is produced by him in partnership with Media House Studio, headed by his best friend B Suresh, a prominent writer and director on small and big screen. <br /><br />“I have roped in a lot of special friends for the film and will be looking forward to working with them,” says Prakash Raj. <br /><br />Instead of beginning the shooting with a small puja, Prakash has invited close friends from within the industry who will be reading out their letters to their daughters. <br />“It’s going to be a very interesting evening and hopefully a wonderful start to a lovely movie,” he adds.<br /><br />Setting the film in the backdrop of Coorg culture and tradition, Prakash will be playing the father and Ramya the daughter. <br /><br />Actress Sitara will also be seen in the film. Hamsalekha scores the music and Ananth Urs is the cameraman. <br /><br />“The music is simply phenomenal and I am sure it will be a hit,” he says confidently. With the current void of interesting movies in the Kannada industry, one can only hope and wait to see what Prakash has in store.</p>
