<p>Bengaluru: For students eager to swap textbooks for telescopes this vacation, the Jawaharlal Nehru Planetarium (JNP) has unveiled its 'Special Summer Programmes', set to begin on April 7.</p>.<p>Designed to foster creativity through hands-on learning, the workshops cover a wide range of scientific topics for students from classes 3 to 10.</p>.<p>The 2026 line-up includes the ‘Tiny Tots’ programme, which explores concepts like light and air, as well as ‘Fun with Science’ demonstrations. More advanced sessions such as ‘Aero-modeling’ will allow participants to build and test their own gliders.</p>.<p>For budding astronomers, JNP is offering ‘Astronomy through Apps’ and ‘Astro-computing’, which uses CLEA software to help students locate asteroids and track celestial movements.
