<p>Bengaluru: Bengaluru police have initiated an investigation after construction material worth Rs 45 lakh was reported stolen from the Kempegowda International Airport (KIA).</p>.<p>The FIR was filed on March 25 following a complaint by Ajaya Kumar.</p>.<p>Kumar stated that Akshaya Infra Project Pvt Ltd was handling the construction of the Cross Field Taxiway Project at the airport.</p>.ATM cash management firm employees misappropriate Rs 1.38 crore in Bengaluru.<p>According to the complaint, Rs 24 lakh worth of TMT steel bars went missing from the project yard on March 13. CCTV footage revealed that the bars had been loaded onto a vehicle with registration number KA-53-AC-3347.</p>.<p>Further review of earlier footage showed that on March 2, suspects Umesh Prajapati, Shivam Kumar, Ajay Kumar Mishra and Arun Kumar had allegedly stolen TMT steel bars worth approximately Rs 21 lakh.</p>.<p>Police investigations are ongoing to trace the suspects and recover the stolen material.</p>
