<p>Ingredients:<br /><br /></p>.<p>n Nori Sheet 1/2 pc<br /><br />n Cucumber (Shredded) 10gm<br /><br />n Sushi Rice 120gm<br /><br />n Fillet of Salmon (Finger Cut) 70gm<br /><br />n Chilli Mayo 5gm<br /><br />n Pickled Ginger (Gari) 15gm<br /><br />n Wasabi Paste 8gm<br /><br />n Kikkokman Soya & Apple Juice 20 ml<br />Method:<br /><br />n Put on your expert look as you unfurl the sushi rolling mat and place the Nori Sheet in the center.<br /><br />n Evenly spread the ball of rice over the Nori to the edge of the sheet.<br /><br />n Turn the Sheet upside down with the rice facing the mat.<br /><br />n Look casual as you pull off this tricky move.<br /><br />n Lay the finger cut salmon, sucumber, spicy mayo, tempura flakes and chilli mayo on the nori.<br /><br />n Roll the sushi nice and compact, apply thin slices of salmon on the rice and roll again.<br /><br />n Remove the mat and cut with a sushi knife in to eight pieces.<br /><br />n Serve on a platter with gari (Japanese pickled ginger), wasabi and kikkoman soya<br /><br />n Sauce for dipping.</p>
