Based on intelligence reports, City Police Commissioner Seema Latkar had imposed prohibitory orders from Sunday midnight to Monday midnight to maintain law and order in Mysuru city limits.<br></p><p>As permission was denied and prohibitory orders clamped, the Rashtriya Suraksha Andolan Committee approached the Court seeking permission for the protest alleging the government of appeasement politics. </p><p>The Court has given conditional permission to hold the protest at 3.30 pm, in Mysuru. The Court has directed the city Police Commissioner to give permission for the BJP to hold a protest at the Football grounds in Mysuru, stressing that the protest should be held peacefully and the whole protest be videographed. </p><p>No provocative statements should be issued during the protest and the petitioner will be held responsible in case of any incident that disturbs peace and harmony.<br></p>
