<p>Bengaluru: Deputy Chief Minister D K Shivakumar on Thursday received an interim report by a fact-finding team he had set up to look into the happenings in the communally-sensitive Dakshina Kannada, Udupi and Uttara Kannada districts. The committee, headed by Rajya Sabha MP Syed Naseer Hussain, has made several recommendations.</p>.Suresh elected BAMUL president unopposed .<p>“The report has recommended some political decisions that are required. I’ll study the report,” Shivakumar said. It is said that the report has flagged competitive communalism, police inaction and the presence of mafias in the coastal region.
