Don’t discuss alliance with BJP in public, Nikhil Kumaraswamy tells JD(S) members

Bengaluru: JD(S) Youth wing president Nikhil Kumaraswamy on Wednesday asked members of his party not to discuss alliance with BJP in public.

“Disagreements among allies should be discussed and sorted out within four walls, and not on streets. It’s not BJP or JD(S), but NDA that will win 140 to 150 seats in next Assembly elections,” Nikhil told reporters.

Reminding everyone that the BJP’s alliance with JD(S) had been approved by the saffron party’s central leadership, Nikhil said, “Local leaders of two districts have been speaking about this alliance to get publicity”.
