<p>The Department of Pre-university Education re-launched the helpline programme on Monday to boost the self-confidence of students ahead of their II PU examinations. <br /><br /></p>.<p>The helpline numbers are 23468740 and 23468741. The service will be available till March 14 between 10 am and 1:30 pm (department officers) and from 3 pm to 5 pm (students’ counsellors from Nimhans). <br /><br />Students can ask the department officers questions related to not receiving admission ticket/loss of admission ticket, mistake of subjects in the admission ticket, mistakes in students’/parents’ names in the admission tickets, wrong printing/not printing of photograph and general information about CET.<br /><br />Experts will assist in resolving problems related to methods of preparation, study skills, in tackling exam fear, time management, memory power improvement, behavioural changes during the examination. <br /><br />Students are advised not to ask questions related to subject/question paper.<br /></p>
