All confusions, suspicions will come to an end. I have not protected any criminal and hence I do not have any guilt," said Dharmasthala Dharmadhikari Dr Veerendra Heggade.<br /><br /></p>.<p>Heggade was speaking to the devotees who had come by walk from Janardhan Swami Temple in Ujire to Dharmasthala, at Amruthavarshini Sabha Bhavan on Thursday. <br /><br />"My silence is the answer for everything. Lord Manjunatheshwara knows the truth and he is with me," he said. <br /><br />He further added that he and devotees of Dharmasthala are deeply hurt with the negative publicity Dharmasthala has received in the past few days. <br /><br />People have become suspicious, bitter and spiteful. However, I have not blamed or hated anyone. All my sufferings, I offer to God, he said.<br /><br />"Though I am disappointed with the negative publicity, I have continued with the good work. I have requested MLA K Vasanth Bangera to stop the bad publicity with regard to Dharmasthala," he said.<br /><br />Exhibition<br /><br />The state-level exhibition held as a part of the Lakshadeepotsava was inaugurated by Holy Redeemer Church Parish Priest Rev Fr James D'Souza.<br /><br />"Exhibition helps creating awareness on culture, traditions, art and folk-life. It helps in increasing knowledge and getting the youth in touch with their roots," Fr James D'Souza said.<br /><br />"Practical viewing helps one to understand things better than reading literature," said Dharmadhikari Veerendra Heggade presiding over the programme.</p>
