<p>Terming the Supreme Court cautioning the Enforcement Directorate against being used to fight political battles (regarding MUDA case) as a setback for the BJP, Health Minister Dinesh Gundu Rao asked BJP leaders to speak about current issues instead of repeatedly talking about Emergency and history.</p><p>"Supreme Court has highlighted how the ED is used in politics. What morality Union Minister Pralhad Joshi has now to speak about MUDA case? ED and CBI are made like organs of the BJP, and such institutions are weakened. Let BJP leaders speak about those issues of today," he said.</p><p>Dinesh, who is also the district in-charge minister of Dakshina Kannada, told reporters in Hubballi on Tuesday that an SIT was formed to clear confusions regarding the issues in Dharmasthala town, as they were discussed everywhere. There was pressure from public and organisations, and the government took time to form the SIT. We don't know whether bodies were buried or not, but the SIT investigation will clear the confusion. BJP's allegation that it was politically motivated is baseless, he said.</p><p>He also said BJP leaders lack knowledge about the issue of tax on vendors for UPI payment.</p><p>Regarding BJP's challenge and CM's Economic Advisor Basavaraj Rayareddy's prediction about AICC chief Mallikarjun Kharge becoming the PM, Dinesh said, "Kharge has all the abilities to become the PM, and there is no question in it. That's all".</p><p>He also asked Deputy Leader of Opposition in Legislative Assembly Arvind Bellad to provide proper records regarding his allegation about food poisoning of Kudalasangam seer Basava Jayamruthyunjay Swamiji.</p>
