<div align="justify">As the 14-month-old girl child "Chinnari" who accidentally fell into an unused bore well on Thursday evening in an open field in Chennvelli village of Vikarabad district further slipped into the abyss, the district administration has sought the help of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGC) to help rescue the child who was stuck in the bore well from past 40 hours. <br /><br />The National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) team of experts who were on the job from the midnight of Thursday have finally given up their efforts as the child has slipped and fallen into the deep hole, said to be 200 feet deep. Their efforts to retrieve the child with a robotic arm, along with the submersible pump on which she fell and hurt herself, failed as only the pump with blood stains has come out.<br /><br />Parents of the child Yadagiri and Renuka who were on the vigil day and night have apparently lost hope with the climate played spoilsport. Rains and Gail winds have hampered the rescue operations for hours on Friday. However, excavators are still working to dig a hole close to the bore well to manually rescue the child. <br /><br />“We could see the moving hand and hear cries of the child at around 11 am on Friday. After that, she fell into the deep hole. Now the ONGC had sent powerful cameras inside and she is nowhere to be seen. Experts are procuring high-resolution Matrix cameras with the help of which we will first see whether she is alive or not to decide on the mode of retrieving the child,” P. Mahender Reddy, Telangana state Transport Minister who has been camping in the village has said. Meanwhile, state Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has called district administration and reviewed the situation.</div>
