India Against Corruption ultimately decided to give a re-look at it after Anna arrives on Sunday.<br /><br />“Anna will reach Sunday afternoon and attend two public debate programmes on Lokpal Bill organised by India Against Corruption. He will decide on joining Baba Ramdev’s programme after his arrival in Delhi,” said India Against Corruption spokesperson.<br /><br />Though India Against Corruption members are not coming out openly against the composition of Ramdev’s supporters and the people sharing his dais, they do not want to identify with these elements either.<br /><br />While Prashant Bhusahn and Swami Agnivesh have openly criticised the presence of people like Sadhvi Ritamabhara, Kiran Bedi and Santosh Hegde do not want to make it a big issue.<br /><br />Not only civil society members, rights groups, student organisations and trade unions also remained aloof. <br /><br />“Anna’s crowd on Jantar Mantar received a spontaneous support from people , but this kind of diversity is altogether absent in the Ramleela Ground. The songs and slogans too reflect a typical tilt towards Hindutva ideology. However, we are fully support his movement against black money,” said a civil society activist.<br /><br />I’ll never contest elections: Ramdev<br />Yoga guru Ramdev said here on Saturday that he will never contest elections and will not become the prime minister even if given a chance. “I want to tell all of you that I will never contest elections in my life. Even if given a chance, I will never become prime minister,” Ramdev told his supporters and reporters. <br /><br />The yoga guru said that his dream was not to become the prime minister but to speak for the oppressed, marginalised and exploited section of the society. “My intentions are not to harm anyone but to do something for my nation. I am the son of mother India,” he said.</p>
