The list includes 13 foreign citizens or nationals, including seven from the US, two from the UK and one each form the UAE, Bahrain, Germany and Spain.<br /><br />Kirti Chakra for Rukhsana <br />Rukshana Kausar and her brother Aijaz Ahmad have been awarded the Kirti Chakra, the second highest gallantry award in peacetime, for their act of bravery in killing a Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) commander in their Morha Kalsi village in Jammu and Kashmir last year, report agencies from Jammu. The announcement was made in New Delhi on Monday on the eve of Republic Day.</p>
