<p>Mumbai police officials, on Sunday, claimed that it once again subjected now-in-custody BCCI chief''s son-in-law Gurunath Meiyappan and actor Vindoo Dara Singh Randhawa to face-to-face questioning to ferret out details of betting and spot-fixing in IPL matches.<br /><br /></p>.<p>Investigators also took several recordings of both Vindoo and Gurunath; it has sent the voice samples to the forensic labs to match them with the voices in the intercepted telephone conversations purportedly between the duo.<br /><br />The Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) had intercepted several mobile telephone conversation between the two arrested ‘punters’,while tapping phones of the book-makers who it suspected of having links with Pakistan-based bookmakers and possible terror-capsules operating in the country.<br /><br />These recordings were handed over to the Mumbai Police Crime Branch-CID department as the conversation purportedly revolved around betting. Mumbai Police, on Tuesday took into custody Vindoo and Gurunath on Friday.<br /><br />According to the police, Vindoo an addicted gambler, during interrogation, had claimed that Gurunath used to place heavy bets through him; he also claimed that Gurunath had so far lost around a crore of rupee in betting.</p>
