Bengal Rural Poll Highlights: Ballot papers without signature of Presiding Officer will not be counted as valid, says Bengal SEC

The rural polls ended in West Bengal with violence killing around 15. BJP has constituted a four member fact finding team to visit violence affected area. A total of 73,887 seats in the state's three-tier panchayat system went to the polls, with lakh 2.06 lakh candidates in the fray. The political blame game continues as TMC alleges that BJP miscreants attacked on Tamluk town president Chanchal Khanra. The results will be announced on July 11.
