The unmanned plane during its first attack fired two missiles targeting a house in the Khesro village of north Waziristan. It killed nine suspected militants and destroyed the house completely.
The house was a militants’ compound, said official sources.
In the other strike, the US drone fired two missiles at a moving vehicle in Miranshah, killing five travellers and destroying their vehicle completely. It was the fifth drone attack in May that caused people's deaths.
