Nikhil Kumaraswamy confident of victory

Chief minister’s wife-MLA Anitha Kumaraswamy and son Nikhil come out of Gurubhavana after seeking the blessings of Sringeri Sharada Mutt pontiff on Wednesday.

Mandya Lok Sabha constituency JD(S)-Congress coalition candidate Nikhil Kumaraswamy and his mother Anitha Kumaraswamy visited Sringeri Temple and had the darshana of Goddess Sharada on Wednesday.

Speaking to the media, Nikhil Kumaraswamy said, “The voters in Mandya have already taken a decision and the results will be in my favour. I don’t consider exit poll results seriously. In 2004 election, a few exit polls had predicted that JD(S) will win only two seats. However, the party had won 58 seats. The voters in Mandya constituency are in my favour.”
