JOIN USAn all member meeting on Vishwa Tulu Sammelana 2018, will be held at Marco Polo Hotel, Dubai, UAE on July 27.
Addressing reporters in Mangaluru on Tuesday, Sagarottara Tuluva organiser Sarvottam Shetty said that for the first time, Vishwa Tulu Sammelana will be held in the United Arab Emirates on November 23 and 24.
Sri Kshetra Dharmasthala Dharmadhikari D Veerendra Heggade will be the chief guest. NMC Group Founder Chairman Dr B R Shetty will preside.
Religious Heads from Christian and Islam religions too will take part. ‘Vishwa Tulu Isiri’, a special souvenir will be brought out to commemorate the occasion, Shetty said.
Shetty further said that various competitions will be held in connection with the Sammelana, wherein teams from Gulf countries will participate. Sessions of Tulu language, culture and literature will also be held.
“A preparatory meet was held on June 29 towards a working plan. A working committee has been formed towards Vishwa Tulu Sammelana”.
Committee members Kadri Navneet Shetty, Nitte Shashidhar Shetty and Dharmapal Devadiga were present in the press meet.
