I always wanted to act with Ramesh: Radhika

Radhika Chetan will be sharing the screen with Ramesh Aravind in her next film. She will be playing a strong role and is looking forward to impressing movie buffs with a new avatar.

Radhika always looked up to Ramesh as a youngster, and since the day she became an actor, she wanted to work with him. “He is one of those actors who is on my bucket list!” she says excitedly.

“It is a dream come true for me. I can’t wait for the shoot to start in January. I am not only excited about being around a director
and actor of his calibre but also looking forward to the positive energy he embodies,” she says.

She adds, “He is a classy actor and versatile. His comic sense is amazing yet he knows how to work with subtlety in all roles. Ramesh sir can pull off any character with ease and I am hoping his energy brushes off on me.”

The untitled film which will be directed by Akash Srivatsa is a psychological thriller.

The music of the film will be by Judah Sandy. “I have been a part of many thriller films. I am sure that this will be different too,” says Radhika.

She will be playing an advocate’s role and Ramesh Aravind’s wife in the film.

“This is the first-of-its-kind role for me. I am experimenting with different looks for it. My character has a great sense of disposition and she wants to do good for the society. She knows what is right and what is wrong and is emotionally supportive of Ramesh sir’s character,” she details.

Radhika is gearing up for the role. “One of my aunts is a lawyer and I am trying to understand their traits and body language. The way advocates dress up and the words they use are all relevant for the role. I will also be watching some films to work on my role better,” she says.
