Are you looking for a place to unwind after a long day at work or a chilled out space for an office party? You can stop by VR Bengaluru and head straight to ‘The Irish House’ on the third floor.

The first thing you notice as you enter the place is the huge bar setup. This place gives out the vibe of a typical Irish pub, the wooden furniture and the decor, are quite an attraction.

Select where you want to be seated and make yourself comfortable. Try out their special drink menu for this summer. The ‘Sparkling Zest Lemonade’ is just the right way to start your evening. It is light and refreshing.

As you enjoy your drink, take your time and go through their food menu. The array of options is sure to spoil you for choice. For starters, ask for a plate of ‘Cheese Burst Chicken’ and ‘Corn and Jalapenos Cheese Fitters’. The ‘Cheese Burst Chicken’ pops is an idle choice for all you cheese lovers. Be careful when you take a bite though, it is loaded with cheese inside, the molten cheese can burn your tongue and can be quite messy. However, the ‘Corn and Jalapenos Cheese Fitters’ are just the perfect bar bites.

If you are still in a mood to try out something else, the must-haves are ‘Spinach and Cheese Jammer’ and ‘The Irish Lions Chicken Tenders’. The cheese jammers have a good texture. It’s cheesy inside and crunchy outside and makes for a good quick bite.

For the main course, try the ‘Grilled Sriracha Chicken Bowl’. Choose herbed rice, it goes well with the glazed grilled chicken. The chargrilled broccoli is a taste enhancer too. If you are in a mood to have a vegetarian dish, the ‘Peri Peri Cottage Cheese Bowl’ is the way to go. The well-balanced spiced cottage cheese and the perfectly cooked mushroom complemented the ‘couscous’. It was great to the taste buds as nothing was overpowering in terms of spice level.

After a wholesome main course, keep some space for dessert. You don’t want to miss out on the ‘Devilish Chocolate Brownies’ and the ‘Snow Scooped Chocolate Drizzle’.

They are chocolaty and not too sweet — a perfect choice for those who don’t have a sweet tooth.
