Shwetambari along with Tiger Shroff developed ‘Prowl’ workout for Cure.fit. The workout consists of skill teaching for combat like boxing, Muay Thai, MMA, dance and functional fitness.

Travel

Japan

“I mostly travel to take a break from work. If I was given a choice, I would love to travel especially to learn different formats of fitness and dance, taste different cuisines and experience different cultures. Japan is my favourite destination. The people and how they function really impressed me. Though I didn’t know the language, I definitely learnt how to be humble and hospitable in Japan. The culture there is so rich and beautiful, it blew my mind.”

Movie

‘Humble Politician Nograj’

“I don’t watch too many movies but I do watch series online. However, one of the movies that I watched recently was ‘Humble Politician Nograj’. This film made me laugh uncontrollably. And I don’t mind watching it over and over again just to unwind. Danish Sait is fabulous.”

Book

‘Shoe Dog’

“I am not a voracious reader, I don’t need to have a book with me at all times but I do read books that are recommended or gifted to me. I love reading comic strips. One of my favourite books, which is also quite a bit of inspiration is ‘Shoe Dog’ by Phil Knight. It talks about hardwork and how there are lot of difficulties but also victories. It was a very interesting read. I prefer more documentary and non-fiction books.”

Food

‘Rice, rasam and papad’

I love food. It might sound weird coming from a fitness instructor but the reason I took to fitness so seriously is because I want to be able to eat anything and everything. Rice, rasam and papad is my favourite dish. I love to experiment with my food and love Japanese and Korean cuisines too.

Actor

‘Irrfan Khan’

“Irrfan Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui are my favourite actors. It is their natural way of working and their ability to be in character that I admire the most. The amount of drama they bring on to the screen is phenomenal. I appreciate them for their originality and how they can make any movie so gripping. I watch all their movies.”
