15-yr-old rapes 5-yr-old in school toilet in Andhra Pradesh

A five-year-old girl was reportedly raped by a 15-year-old in the West Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh on Friday.

The boy took the girl to a school toilet and violated her. Three of his friends, all said to be minors, helped him in the crime.

Tanuku rural police confirmed the incident but said a case is yet to be registered, pending negotiations between the two families.

According to police, the girl was playing outside her house when the accused approached her, offering biscuits. He, along with his three friends, took her to a school compound. The boy then took her to the toilet, as the other friends stayed in different locations to alert him of any movement in the area.

A little later, the boys left the girl at her place. The girl’s grandmother noticed her bleeding. Based on her revelation, the grandparents lodged a complaint. The police picked up all the four boys but their parents were in talks with the girl's family.
