JOIN USDelhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and his ministers hold a Jan Samwad (public meeting) to mark 100 days of the AAP government at Central Park in Connaught Place, New Delhi.
This meet is being held amid a row with the central government's notification giving Lt. Governor Najeeb Jung all powers over transfers and posting of officials of the Delhi government.
CM Kejriwal said: "Today HC has ruled that Centre and Home Ministry have no rights to interfere with Delhi ACB".
He blamed the Centre for its intereference in the administartion. Kejriwal said that ACB was constituted 40 years ago, but Central goverment put an end to its rights of prosecution.
Chief Secretary KK Sharma and Principal Secretary Shakuntala Gamlin are present at the meet.
