The Calcutta High Court on Wednesday refused to stay the upcoming Kolkata Municipal Corporation elections, according to ANI.
It directed the State Election Commission to discuss how quick the remaining elections could be undertaken on the tentative dates and within minimum phases.
The next hearing will be on December 23.
