Former TMC leader calls Didi 'queen of dacoits'

 Former Trinamool Congress (TMC) leader Asif Khan, who was recently arrested in connection with a land scam, called Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee the “queen of dacoits” while talking about the multi-crore Saradha chit fund scam.

This comes days after arrested TMC MP Kunal Ghosh launched a scathing attack against Mamata and other senior party leaders.

“She is the queen of dacoits. Everyone in her party is involved in the scam,” Khan told reporters on Monday while being taken away for questioning by the CBI in relation to the Saradha scam.

He added that most of the senior TMC leadership is involved in the scam and have received pay-offs.

Khan, who is reportedly cooperating with the CBI and is said to have revealed names of several TMC leaders to the central agency, has ratted out a list of alleged beneficiaries.
