Kerala minister tests positive for H1N1

According to Health Department officials, this was confirmed on Saturday evening by hospital authorities on getting the test results of his swab and serum samples. His condition was stated to be stable. Thettayil, a JD(S) nominee in the state cabinet, was admitted to the hospital earlier this week with signs of fever. Meanwhile, the health department said in a release that 295 H1N1 cases have been confirmed positive in the state since the outbreak of the viral infection two months back.
