Police said Hashim, a meat and fish seller, allegedly attacked Nasia (31) using a butcher's knife last night at Edamon, about 40 km from here.He has been absconding since then.The villagers recovered the severed organ and rushed the victim to the taluk hospital at Punalur town where it was grafted with the arm.Doctors attending on the woman said it would take some time to know if the operation was successful.
