Poll-O-Meter: Elected unopposed

In 1962, three MPs and 13 MLAs were elected unopposed in 1962 polls.

These included two MLAs from the then Mysore state — Devaraj Urs and GN Patil.

Andhra Pradesh Assembly had the highest number of six unopposed MLAs.

All the unopposed MPs and MLAs belonged to Congress.
