Pakistan must curb monster of terror, says PM

"We must convince Pakistan that it is in their own interest that they must help us in tackling the problem of terror in our region. Those jihadi outfits who target India as a destination for their terror, must be effectively curbed and dealt with," Manmohan Singh told reporters on board a special aircraft on his way back from a six-day visit to Ethiopia and Tanzania.

"The more I see what is happening in Pakistan, the more I am convinced that the Pakistan's leadership must now wake up and recognise that the terror machine is not working to anybody's advantage," the prime minister said.
