Education Minister Mr Baby who is in Delhi to attend the CPM central committee said that Bineesh would file a criminal defamation suit against the channel which had “manipulated his photograph for justifying its so-called sting’’.
Reports had said that police had unearthed a photograph of Bineesh from the call girl when they raided the house at Koramangala two days ago on a tip-off by the channel.
Education Minister claimed that the Karnataka police had clarified that no such raid was conducted. “The photograph was used only to make it appear that their ‘expose’ had made an impact,’’ he said.
