Telangana Mission Bhagiratha pipeline burst

After searching on the internet, it is confirmed that this video is not from Kanakapura Road as claimed on social media, but from Telangana's Nagarkurnool district. As per the reports, it happened on January 20, when the Telangana's Mission Bhagiratha water pipeline exploded at Taduru Mandal in the district.

There are local TV reports available on YouTube that confirm that the purported video being circulated relates to the incident of the Telangana pipeline burst.

Searching on Youtube also confirms this.

With the Mission Bhagiratha, the Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) government aims to ensure drinking water to each and every household in the state by March 31, 2019. According to reports, the blown up pipeline cater water for rural areas while there is another pipeline for urban areas like Hyderabad.
