The Lead: What's the legislation on Delhi government all about?

In this episode of the Lead, research scholar from JNU's Centre for Law and Governance, Pranav Menon explains the various aspects of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (Amendment) Act, 2021; the previous version of the Bill and the Supreme Court decision vis-a-vis the power distribution between the Delhi government and the Lieutenant Governor of the national capital.
