ICC T20 World Cup 2026 | Bumrah, Samson back as Namibia put India to bat at Delhi

Namibia skipper Gerhard Erasmus won the toss and elected to field against India in the second group tie of the ICC T20 World Cup 2026 at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi on Thursday.

India made two changes with Sanju Samson coming for the indisposed Abhishek Sharma and Jasprit Bumrah coming in for Mohammed Siraj.

Ben Shikongo and Malan Kruger are playing in place of Dylan Leicher Leicher and Willem Myburgh respectively for Namibia.

In their only previous meeting in T20 World, the 2021 edition in Dubai, India had defeated Namibia by nine wickets.
