It captures RR captain Riyan Parag vaping at the dressing room of the Maharaja Yadavindra Singh International Cricket Stadium on Tuesday.

Caught on camera, Riyan Parag has found himself at the centre of a social media frenzy for casually using the smoking device during the match duration.

The visuals opened to show a glaring view of the dressing room, with the RR captain seated in the presence of his teammates Dhruv Jurel and Yashasvi Jaiswal. Parag was filmed holding the vape, inhaling its contents and smoking it out at the dressing room.

E-cigarette and vape is banned in India under The Prohibition of Electronic Cigarettes Act (PECA) 2019.

As the video surfaced online, netizens reacted to the incident, with many questioning the act.

"If this video is real, it is truly shocking and disappointing. Riyan Parag seems desperate to become famous like Virat Kohli and MS Dhoni through controversies and strange acts. From making headlines for attitude to other unnecessary drama, even his own fans may not have expected this. In the IPL, he has been inconsistent for years .neither scoring enough runs nor making impactful contributions for the team. A player cannot become great with only attitude and controversies.
