Jonty Rhodes becomes father of a baby boy

Former South African cricketer and fielding coach of Mumbai Indians, Jonty Rhodes, and his wife Melanie, became parents again on Sunday – the day when his team won the finals of the  10th edition of the IPL.

Rhodes was in Hyderabad for the all-Maharashtra clash involving Mumbai Indians and Rising Pune Supergiant.

“The prize before the prize @mipaltan? Nathan John "plunged" into the world at 6:20 pm on IPL final #poolbirth #earthmother #incredibleindia,” Jonty tweeted after the son’s birth.

The baby was born at the Surya Hospital in Santacruz West where his wife was admitted. Both the mother and the kid is fine. The Rhodes' elder daughter, India, too had a water birth in April 2015.
