Jharkhand and Goa played out a 2-2 draw in an inconsequential Group B game. Goa ended third with two points.
Jammu and Kashmir defeated Uttar Pradesh 2-1 in the other group tie. Uttar Pradesh (3) finished third on better goal difference over J & K.
