The BJP on Wednesday urged Chief Electoral Officer Sanjeev Kumar to disqualify Congress candidate in Chincholi Assembly byelection Subhash Rathod, accusing him of registering his name as the voter in four different booths in the constituency.
Besides, the party accused Rathod of misleading the Election Commission by stating in his affidavit submitted along with his nomination papers that he was not facing any police case.
