JOIN USThe Chamarajendra Zoological Gardens will introduce online ticketing system from June 25.
The fully automated system allows visitors to book entry tickets, purchase tickets for a tour of the zoo on battery-operated vehicles, reserve luggage racks, pay parking fees and fee for the use of cameras in the zoo. All the tasks could be accomplished on the portal www.mysorezoo.info.
The payment for e-tickets can be made through credit or debit cards.
The e-ticket holders will be allowed entry into the zoo through a special entrance gate. The tickets will be valid for seven days from the date of purchase.
On an average, 10,000 tourists visit the zoo daily resulting in long queues at the five ticket counters. Two more counters are opened duringDasara days.
