The members of Citizens for Democracy (CFD), an informal network group of Bangalore-based IT employees, are now supporting BJP prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi.

Speaking to media here on Thursday, S Shyam Sundar, a CFD member said: “We were earlier supporting Aam Aadmi Party and were looking for a change. But after seeing the acts of former Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal, we are disappointed and have now decided to campaign for BJP and Modi.”

Sundar said Modi had better and realistic ideas for the nation. The BJP is keen to build a better India and Modi is the right candidate for that.

Through various social networking sites, the group of 50 core members has drawn over 65,000 supporters for BJP, most of them IT employees and have announced that they have now changed paths from the Aam Aadmi Party.
