Cong took Muslim votes by creating fear: Owaisi

AIMIM president Asaduddin Owaisi called upon Muslims on Wednesday to choose regional parties and said the Congress had gained votes of the community by creating a fear psychosis among them.

He was addressing an election rally in favour of Davangere South JD(S) candidate Amanullah Khan in the city.

"The Congress calls me a provocative speaker. But its own leader Salman Khurshid recently said the party's hands were stained with the blood of Muslims. One of the suspects in the Kathua rape case is a supporter of Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad," Owaisi said.

The AIMIM president urged voters to 'save' Karnataka from Siddaramaiah and India from Narendra Modi.
